Consult intoHistory on your mobile devices too!

Discover new historical accommodation directly on your tablet computer or smartphone
It has not been possible to fit the dense content of intoHistory’s pages easily on the small screen of an iPad or Android cell phone. You have had to constantly shrink the image to locate yourself on the page or enlarge it to activate a link or select a button. And as for the really laborious search by criteria …
All this is now past history! With its mobile version (thank you, François for developing it), intoHistory can now be consulted everywhere, regardless of the device used to make the internet connection. The website tree has been redesigned, pruned and simplified to allow faster access to the information required under the best possible conditions. Thanks to the many tactile tabs and buttons, browsing is now more intuitive and the grip more ergonomic.
Since the contents are the same as on the “large screen” version of the site (apart from the sidebars), your iPad or smartphone may take a little longer to display the page (depending on power of its processor and the strength of the WiFi signal), but the final result will be up to expectations.
Of course, images smaller than a postage stamp or visiting card are not the stuff of dreams, however, one cannot be constantly in front of a giant screen searching for emails or browsing on social networks.
I hope this good news will encourage you to share intoHistory’s pages and posts via your virtual networks. My thanks to you already!
